try to join hell game w/ a normal character?

99% of these idiot 2021 users keep making trade games in hell game and i keep crashing

is there a way to make a MOD post a sticky thread explaining to these guys to make NORMAL GAMES?

ive crashed maybe 500++x times in the last month because idiots keep making hell games

Haven’t had that issue. I just get a failed to join message. By the 2nd or 3rd time I realize it’s because my mule isn’t in hell and that’s the reason I can’t join

my screen enters a black screen that never dissapears, end up having to alt ctrl delete and end program manually

anyone else have this problem?

Easiest way to solve it would be to ask them to make the game on norm during messaging exchanges. Another workaround would be to grush all the mules to hell. There is maintenance supposed to be done coming Tuesday? That may help with that as well.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game yet? That fixed the majority of the crashes I did have (taking wps to different acts, casting certain skills before one ended,etc)

this some times happen to me, although not for the same reasons... in my case the black screen stands for like 1 min straight and just then I get the "failed to join game" message.

I know it is pain in the *ss, but the advice that wargrave gave about grushing your mules might be the most effective way to avoid that. gl

You play a public or private hell game on battle.net.

Someone with a normal character tries to join, then you crash? Never heard of it happening. Try writing to blizzard and see what they write.
