im using Death in CS and BOTD in CB
its a frenzy barb, which should i use in main hand? i have 20ias from lay of hands and 20ias from highlords - do i need more ias?

Use 2 x Grief PB or 2 x Death Eth BA

1H BoTD is bad weapon choice.

BOTD glove side and Death offhand, with HL and LoH, you are already reaching 5.5fpa attack speed. You'd need 40ias more for 5fpa assuming lvl 24 frenzy and no outside fana aura.
