Its just Not Worth it.
If you Play Good with Hdin you shouldnt Got Any Issue.
Max Res, Max Block, Mass Def and Dr from Eni is enough.

in most instances, for PVM, a Sol rune will be just as effective as Ber, given how little PVM damage is.

But generally speaking, Ptopaz Pruby or shael is just overal better for pvm, coupled with the fact they are practically free in comparison to ber.
