my shield says i have 75% but if i look at my defense / block it says 9% to get hit an 33% chance to block soooo what is my chance to block? do i need more dex or no?

Your block is based on your level and the block on your shield.


You need more Dex.

Wear all the gear that you are going to wear. Respec and do not forget to add enough dex stats 'til you hit max block.
