Hello to all and JSP.
I hope all of you have had a good holiday season, and for those of you that don't know me my name is Nyalith (Or Jay will work) and over the last bit of the release of D2R my team has worked together to boost players through Diablo 2. In previous seasons a lot of my/our team has worked towards being the first team to complete the reset on hardcore hell difficulty, and with a fair amount of success. We have built a reputation as a group of players with a generally nice/good attitude and would love to extend our hand to the community as we are looking for some more people to play with during the PTR release and obviously the day of the reset release as well. I know there has not been a date listed for the reset release however with that being said we are all eagerly awaiting the reset release and are taking steps to prepare ourselves for the reset. We would like to be one of the first teams to complete hardcore hell when the reset occurs. I believe it is very possible, and in the past, myself included (Please check my profile if needed), have had success in the past with such.
With this being said we are looking for additional players to play with us. We are trying to form 2 different teams (a main team, and a back up team) of players that are willing to commit the time and effort needed for the reset. This does come with a list of requirements that you must be willing to subject yourself too in order for this to be successful. We have about 15 players as of currently however life is full of surprises and as such we have agreed that the players who show up to the reset practice runs the most will get their preferred role / character for the reset. So for example we may have 25 people that show up for practice. Ofcourse we will split into even teams and all do practice along side each other. After PTR is over the players that show up for practice the most (however many times that may be) will be allowed to pick their character and role first, and so on.
With that being stated, as said before, there are requirements as listed below.
Must be willing to commit to a time slot for practice, as well as the release. Practice sessions are 3-4 hours long, usually through 1 1/2 - 2 difficulties. We push through normal and some or all of nightmare together.
Must be willing to use voice for communication, we have a discord server with over 100 members full of people from JSP and are looking to use that to communicate.
Must be willing to practice during said time slots. We will do reset test team runs until PTR is released, after PTR is out, we will do reset test runs with the new PTR changes to see if we need to adapt, and then when ladder is announced we will all commit 6-7 hours for the release of ladder down to the hour so that our team can complete first or close to first.
Must be willing to brainstorm and throw out ideas to help further the goal.
And lastly must be generally not a dick, cohere to D2JSP rules and regulations as well as our discords rules and regulations (which is more or less just JSP's nuances.)

Our next 3 practices are January first (Noon EST) and (9pm EST) and January second (2pm EST).
We normally play on US Servers, and have players from EU/ AU and US. Anyone is welcome to apply or inquire.
Previous speedrunning experience, the ability to read maps and generally good hardcore game knowledge / experience is very welcomed and will play a role in priority.
