Almost any item can be unperm. I’m saying since you can dupe perm ones it makes 0 sense to have someone make an unperm one. The only unperm ones floating around are the ones people duped for fpk guest accounts back in like 2015. There’s barely any of those still around.

I suggest if you’re worried that someone is duping wands you should just not trade with scammers.

That doesn’t make it perm
The base is perm if it was duped before anyone had ever made a runeword in it. Once it has had a runeword, it has an itemid even if you hel it.
