As a Fresh HC player haven't seen that before.

Was trying to leveling up fresh character to 25lv, so Tristruns & Tombruns and every single time someone was joining the game and was hunting other players.

Every time they were PvP characters that knew what they were doing.

When I started, I was surprised how helpful HC players are and willing to help, but today, just Player Killers one by one.

Was that always been the case ? Was I just lucky at the beginning of my HC journey that I haven't noticed that ?

Yes it's always been the case. You were probably just lucky but people were pking on day1.

One doesn’t take away the other.

Hc community is much cooler, more helpful, and tight knit. And we have many pks who want your char to be dead forever at their hands

And thats what makes HC special

Remember their names, avoid them until you can kill them. Should be able to avoid with the delays when player goes hostile. Also, be cautious of taking TPs.
