If I want a cold resist/fhr/-15% req jewel with or without other stats, how much cold resist is the highest possible on it?

The highest added cold resistance inside either, a rare or magic jewel, is and always has been +30% cold resistance. Players of any sort could insert a magic jewel with 15%IAS/+30% fire resistance for the Andariel's visage needed a while ago and it can be still be an option.

The jewel you previously stated depending how hard the loot will be glitched in the next games should be:
+7% Faster hit recovery
+30% cold resistance
-15% requirement

40 on rare jewel

7 fhr/10 all res/40 cold res/-15% req

40 cr is max on rare jewel
30 cr is max on magic jewel

KEEP DREAMING GUYS ! Players of any sort will never get a jewel with 15%IAS/+40 resistance. The +40 added resistance mainly happens for the magic or rare boots. Imagine an Andariel's visage with a +15%IAS/+40 fire resistance so the fire resistance will be 10. I've never seen an Andariel's visage like that.

Someone just said that the rare jewels can have 40% cold resist and magic ones 30%, and someone posted a thread proving it by showing a rare one with 40%
