what's the reasonable price for low rolled annie? 480-500 seems to be unid price, so will it be somewhere around 350 for low??

Depending on the stats, 200 for bottom line trash stats, but most of the ones you will come across are around the 250-500 range for sub 15/15/x or <30s.

People are flooding the market with these things, and with ladder around the corner they're only going to go down. I wouldn't pay more than 500 unless it's >35 and has high exp. Even if it's a good price, every day they just go down.
