Pb is best overall as it requires the least ias for max smite frame and does not require repears

Ba has a bit more range than pb but needs more ias for max smite frame and needs repairs

For Frenzy use either 2 x Grief PB or 2 x Death Eth BA

For Zerk Barb there are setups for Grief PB + Shield, but iirc 2H Death Eth Decapitator worked well too with Faith Merc 😁 If you need some setup ideas ask here and we can figure out something.

Frenzy barbs don’t use beast. They use grief.
