Back in LOD when you had full inventory, died, picked up some items by errors and tried to recover body you would sometimes lose all your gears and they would all drop on the ground or w/e

Does anyone know If this was fixed in d2r?

I'm asking because I dont care about drops anymore and I'm wondering if it's safe to fill my 40 inventory slots to level to 99?

Would like confirmation on this, willing to tip for help thanks!

Still works the same, never have two corpses with gear and be careful to equip anything by accident trying to recover your body.
