Hello all, I gave up on mfing with my light sorc in chaos runs and would like instead to level to 97+

Are there any changes I can make to be tougher and just roll through chaos runs and baal runs, be able to tank mostly anything in 8 players and level to 97+, without losing too much dmg? I don't care about mfing anymore.

I'v thought about Wiz spike / SS and going max block, Hoto, thundergodz, sojs, vipermagi, but not sure which combo would be best.

From the title I thought you wanted suggestions on how to make it more difficult to level up to 97 ><

dbrunski on youtube has 2 good builds.

one is max block light sorc with 50% dr: storm shield with um, griffon, hoto, fcr ring, dwarfstar, verdungo belt, bloodfist , sandstorm trek, +2 fcr ammy

another one is max vita with cresent moon sword, similar to yours but he is using chains of honor instead of enigma.

both builds hit 117 fcr, and some FHR breakpoints

i'm using the max block build myself, but i still MF so i use chance guards and war travs. have no issues teleing into mobs on players8 and wiping them clean. only those exploding dolls kills me sometimes.

Thanks for the suggestion, sent tip. I am wondering if you lose too much dmg compared to my actual build with this first build though?

As for the second build, it's similar to my current build as you said but I do not believe in COH so I don't want to use it, so that's not an option.

i do 28k max
if i add 1 SOJ then 30k max
my inventory is 6x light skiller + anni + torch.
rest of my max block build similar to dbrunksi items.

From what I understand, Enigma is best in slot and Viper 2nd. Enigma gives 8% DR and SS 35%, for total 43%, and max is 50 %. I'm not sure verdungo is the best choice given only 7% DR on it is useful (with enigma and SS), but I hadn't though about that choice.
