how come sometimes i can hold a namelock, and sometimes i can't ?

Bug…

Because D2R was made by Blizzard
and Blizzard only makes broken games or takes an old classic game and breaks it
the fuckers are too busy sexually harassing each other to fix glitches/bugs
and when they do "fix" a problem they create another 10 worse problems and tell us its been solved
maybe D2 will be fun again in a year or two if these fuck head corporate bastards get their shit together

All you have to do to fix it is hit alt twice
This occurs when you alt+tab out of the game

Press Alt again iirc

bug with alt
happens very often if you alt tab out and into the game
or sometimes if you just hit alt while pressing something else or clicking or something

hit alt a few times while not pressing anything else to fix
I regularly hit alt twice before starting a duel if I alt tab'd back into d2r
