Hear me out, i use my javazon only for MF (cows, chaos, WSK+Baal etc) and own both...

- My gears is:

- Shako/15ias Jool/ griffons 18/13 with a 15ias jool
- Enigma
- Titans/Stroke
- Highlords
- 2java/20ias/str and some minor mods
- Silkweave (mana is a bitch)
- razor tail
- FCR ring with MAEK and some other mods
- Raven Frost
- Spirt
- CTA/Spirit swap
- Torch/annni/ java gcs/ Gheeds
- Merc with infinity ofc

Do you guys think, for my purpose, Grifffons is better than a shako? mf only?

hi,

kill speed > mf
if you have infi merc, griffon doesn't make a different until p2-3 (based on my personnal experience...)

So basicaly, i'd say if you solo those zones, use shako, if you make them in pub crowded game, use griffon
You can make your own mind by trying a few runs with each, if you don't feel any diff in kill speed, go shako for mf, go griffon only if it make you faster

got it, was thinking about selling my griffons, thats why i was asking...but, really apreciate the response

If you can afford it a SS with a 15ias/3maek Jewel is also really nice, some may argue but i use it over spirit any day. Same with the Griffons, its nice with a light facet, but the only issue on a geared Javazon is mana, and Ias/maek jewels Are priceless in that regard. Thats what i like about the Javazon, its so many options.. it also opens up the possibility to use Wartravs for 50% extra MF

Yeah, i had to give up my wartravelers for Silkweave...
Was using Phoenix, but sold a week but was nice not having to use mana and HP pots all the time...
I'll see if i can get a hold this jewel
