hdin has 254%mf and needs 1:39 min for a cs run
my light sorc has 326mf and needs 2.04 for a cs run but is more fragile

what makes more sense to farm?

hdin for sure.

mf isnt linear for anything but blue items sadly, and doesnt do anything for runes at all

if you can do a run 2x as fast as something with 2x the mf go with the faster guy, he'll get xp and runes etc.
