Anyone know why 30 % frw is so good on circlet for druid/necro/ass for an example, when u tele 24/7 you dont walk at all, it helps to get out of stunlock or what ?

when you used to wsg you'd be moving out of it. doesnt work anymore.

the circlets have no strength to strength bug, but it would help contribute towards strength bugging on armor that you could. doesnt work anymore.

it modified things like ww speed. still works.

for some classes you will be walking around to counter their melee attacks/retain your block chance. still works.

You do walk a lot on druid and nec. To dodge hits and stuns.
