why do most barbs use two handed weapon for pvm and pvp-bva? why is dual wielding not as popular?

also for bvb whats best weapon and why, battlehammer?

2 handed weapons do more damage. (more dmg = more leech and faster kills)
dual wielding only 1 weapon hits per time, actually do less dmg.
Martel is best pvm barb weapon.
BvB, battlehammer is best Imo, but people also use naga or executioner sword for more range.

is mart the best bva weapon or team duels weapon?

If you got a kixi lance its nearly same as martel

Due to range 2hand weapons are best for bva and tvt

if u r a lod player, ww doesnt need ias in classic

Lance (do people still call bvcs speeders?) best range/damage and ias doesn't work on ww in classic. (at least on legacy assume d2r is the same)

Mart is pvm.

if you go for lance u cannot swap to bvb

Triple dur is 100% a must if you plan on using it for pvm.



You can but you generally just fair worse in both duels. I'd rather just make 2 barbs if i was gonna bvb lol.
