Problem is on a computer , i appear Online in thread , fine .
On cell phone i appear offline , so i go in settings , i saw the case ** appear Online ** No Check are inside so i Check in , Save all and when i go back in settings , the Check is Gone. HELP !

Try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work try logging out then logging back in. Hope that helps.

update browser also...i was having issues too, and that worked
