Not sure if any base will give you 4 sox..

But normal Crystal sword from cow level, will get 4 sox if you use socket quest in act 5
(very useful doing ladder reset btw)

ye coz gonna do it on pd2 reset. Guess gonna farm them crystal swords

ahhh i thought u meant pally shields. but yes in norm cows either broad sword or crystal sword will net u 4 os. its a common place for speed running teams to farm their sorc a spirit.

Just a heads-up, since you didn't specify whether you were including shields in the base description... you can only get 4os pally shields for Spirit before Hell, at which point the best spirit base would be a 4os Monarch due to it having the lowest Str requirement.
