I know that you have to be level 93 to consistently have a chance at gambling a +2skill amulet, however when crafting, if I'm say level 90 and I gamble a +2skill blue amulet, is that amulet I gambled therefore guaranteed to be a high enough ilvl to craft an orange +2skill amulet with?

That amu is ilvl90+, so a lvl99 char is enough.

Just in case, 99 was a typo, i think you get it tho.

you can do it at level 86 but only 1/10 amulets you gamble will be ilvl 90 which you want.

at level 95 every gamble will be ilvl 90 and ideal for gambling.

personally i would gather blue amulets with +2 char skills as they are ilvl 90+ and good for crafting. only use ramdoms from level 95 char.

ilvl of gambled items varies +4/-5
