Would it be better to use this Kurast shield or a Sacred Targe with 40+ @res?

Definitely go for res. The ED isn't very useful since you're elemental damage and the attack rating can be acquired elsewhere. The 40+ res is too fat to miss out on.

I mean the stats on this shield will be great for Zeal, but I don't know how much of my damage will actually come from physical as I have not played Dream before.

ive played dual dream. you want a 40+ res shield trust me

Charsi that shield imo, 40+ all res is definitely better
