hi, without a single ias on the gear, how many points do i need to put in burst of speed to get max laying speed?

It depend on the base speed of your main weapon ...

Its a hoto flail

in classic D2 : lvl 16 (including +sk) to need 0 ias for the last bp (9fpa)
in d2r, you can reach higher lt bp apparently, but you won't be able to reach them with bos alone afaik ...

There is a trap laying option for assassin, you can choose your base weapon and IAS and figure it all out with whatever gear you're using.

2x GT's with lvl 11 BOS gets you 9 frames
hoto/spirit with lvl 11 BOS get you 10 frames. You'd need 6 EIAS to hit 9.

If you're not using BOS, hoto/spirit puts you at 14 frames. need 89 IAS to hit 9frames.
2X GT's puts you at 12. need 42IAS to hit 9frames.
