So i've been out with the duelling community for probably more than 10 years.

Would love to get into some fun soon, preferable league or something.

Had a quick browse of "Legit Duelling" section and seems not so much going on currently.

Am I missing something? Are there any regular leagues happening right now? Maybe that you have to pay fg to get in or sth?

Always preferred the likes of Euro-pvp where the only char allowed to tele were sorc/druid for example, some serious team play etc. Good old days when you were not allowed to drink stupid mana potions or tele with a barb...

Just wondering if anything started already and how that looks like.

LLD/mld still have those same restrictions, especially on eu

Private servers are a better option right now.

D2GA lets you use any item that can naturally spawn on d2. You can either hero editor in a perfect char or uses the premade perfect gear from vendors

Asgard has two servers, one for east and one for eu that offer a similar environment, except you also have the option of just downloading any player’s gear if you want to copy someone’s setup.

This lets you enjoy the full scope of pvp without 10,000+ hours of grinding or spending $800 on a claw

Well I actually enjoy duelling on a char I invested time and effort ^^
Plus I'd rather pvp on D2R, seems both mentioned servers are old LoD.

Your choice. The only thing I like about d2 is the pvp.
I’d rather my time and effort be spent on the things I enjoy.

D2:r has pretty abysmal pvp right now. Dueling feels terrible for pretty much every class thanks to the changes. Druid is stronger now vs most non-sin matchups. Sin feels unbearable to play against. Bowa loses to druids now.

Totally get your point, but actually D2R was the main reason I came back. I enjoy new graphics, even simple stuff like this.

As for the changes - the game was never balanced. People made it balanced. I believe that's what needs to happen here as well, thus why I was asking for league, they always set up rules that make fights even.

People on D2 are too used to "old days" and not willing to adapt - that's a bit my opinion.
