Depends on your build? I guess you could get fcr + hammer and + conviction but might only be best in slot for say low level dueling… for any non caster build it would not be worth it because your dmg would be shit

3foh/3conv stick with 5x facets is always better.


The only useful magic scepter is a 6 holy shield scepter for prebuff
