Where do you duel?

I mean I just do Private GM f5's maybe wagers. I never heard of Lifetap being legit. If it's have the rules changed? I always abide by GM dueling so would be helpful to know if lifetap is gm vs a hybrid sin.

The DFC dueling league thing promotes it so im jw.

So lifetap vs casters is considered GM? can anyone vouch this?

Somewhere there are a bunch of rules for ft5 wagers. I recall in a tap vs tap (exile vs exile) situation it would be fine.

In pubs, some people have pvm gear or total junk for gears, as such people with billion fg toons are food for entertainment as they whine and cry.

I recall in SvS it's bm and vs casters its illegal unless specified. Every rule list I've seen has been different except the official rules from way back in the day that state its BM period.

I wouldn't say its bm like juvs or something because back in the day people seemed ok with smiters using exile vs casters. Probably should be something talked about beforehand. But I wouldn't say its straight up bm no matter what. Some might disagree though

Tap CTC vs casters never really irked many people, much different stort vs melee, smite or ww. If you smite a sorc enough for tap to trigger and matter, shes probably already dead anyway

What about a BvC that has to WW you, doesnt it seem unfair if you can lifetap in that scenario? or a hybrid sin that has to use WW? Doesnt make sense to me that tap can be useable. I dueled a guy the other day, V/T with tap. Everytime I ww him he got tap off on me, and my lightning wasnt doing shit. I could only imagine a BvC in this scenario would be even worse. Just seems like an unfair advantage to me.

barb vs smite is its own very dumb and degenerate matchup that is 100% dependent on what is considered gm vs bm, and nobody has ever agreed on it
you can have an exile smiter with pre-activated chilling armor with dracs who is flashing HF aura while syncing around and trying to jump the barb, and you can have a barb wearing his own doom with chant, slow target and knockback from clegs and sync frw trying to clip the smiter at max range
its a dumb matchup. There's no way for it to be enjoyable, so why bother
