I came

Any chance Blizzard will be actually supporting these remasters? AKA anti-cheat? The only reason I ever quit d2 was because of the PVP hackers.

I imagine if they re-master it they will also have similar anti-botting/cheating as current games. Likely it'll be online play on the current (SC2/D3/etc) Battle.net servers.

Of course, but as long as they are actually monitoring to prevent it that's all I'm looking for.

For sure, but D2 eventually had like zero support and it broke pubs. Even if you started up private games through JSP or something there was likely a few douche bags that used hacks for e-peen reasons.

As long as the threat for a ban is there I think it'll deter a lot of people.
