I just reinstalled svens glide wrapper to finally play d2 without borders. win7 64bit
After finally figuring out how to get this going i noticed some pretty annoying screen flickering from times to times.
Mostly occurs while more mobs get rendered.
So maybe someone who's using the wrapper had similar issues too and knows how to fix it.

Some tech facts that may help:
wrapper has v.1.4e, keep aspect ratio is off, vsync off, no static size, desktop resolution is on
texture memory is 96mb, buffer-texture-size 4096x4096, 32bit rendering, bilinear filtering & supersampling are all on.
Also activated all extensions.

its because your tearing your screen down and video card probably with the frame rate per second.
i suggest you cut it down a bit.

Sry but what do you mean by, im tearing my screen down?

I tried to lower the frame rate, remove the fps cap & also activate vsync but that doesnt fix the problem.

edit:
Also its not like the image is tearing. Its flickering...like the hud goes on and off or the chars in the char window have flickering heads...sometimes it looks like opera is flickering through and such.
I dunno maybe this is also refered as tearing.

Also it seems to be a lil bit better after deactivating amd surface optimization.

Ok, solved the issues.

In case somebody gets this error, try to deactivate "wgl_arb_render_texture".
It seems to be ati related but whatever happens there... this solved it at least for me.
