I found a lvl 24 belt that has many stats but I'm not sure if its what people look for.

level 18:

24 fhr/30%+ life/4-5 rep life/20%+ fire and light resist/xx mana is optimal

level 30:

rare 2 options:
8-9 str/5 rep/50+ life/20%+ fire/cold/light resist (2 of 3 is fine)
24% fhr/5 rep life/50+ life/20%+ fire/cold/light resist

either way its hard for a rare to outshine string of ears 15% dr/15 mdr/leech animation
some builds can though

crafted:
10% fcr/24% fhr/3-5 rep life

basically 2 brakets lvl 18 and lvl 30

18 must have
24fhr
30+life
and at least 2 more ofthese
10+mana
resistance
life replenish
stats
lvl 30
24fhr
50+life
and the same stats as above 2 more req to sell

sellable stats would be something like this

24/35life/3-5 life rep/15 mana (low price) lvl 18
24fhr35life/3-5 rep/15mana/25 single resistance (decent amont)

the same goes with lvl 30 but you want like 50+

gamble me 24 fhr/35+ life/5 rep/20%+ FR and LR regular belt or light belt pls!!!!!!
