Prevent Monster Heal
When successfully striking a monster with this mod using a physical melee/ranged attack only (Does not work with spells), it would automatically stop its HP regeneration, for period of 120,000 frames (80 minutes). Leaving that monster's area (All of the players- not just the attacker), after having it been struck by this mod, will keep lasting for its designated time of 120,000 frames, however upon returning to the monster's area, and hitting the monster again, its life regeneration will begin anew, unless that strike held with it the Prevent Monster Heal mod as well.
Naturally, Prevent Monster Heal works only on healing/regenerating monsters.
Back in 1.09, poison/%OW would negate Prevent Monster Heal. However, that is no longer the case.
Prevent Monster Heal works only in PvM, and does not affect hirelings.
The Prime Ubers in Tristram are immune to PMH.
Opposed to other "Proccing/Triggering" effects whilst using the MultiShot on a bow Amazon, PMH applies to every arrow in multishot, that means all of them, and not only the central two arrows.
