Is the ANDY nerf across all of d2r or does it only effect ROTW characters

wondering if i make a LOD expansion guy with i still have pre nerf andy

in the current patch andy is not nerfed in d2lod.

theres no rotw in d2 legacy, go post in the d2r forum
