#1 Chaos pops (get a small team of 3-4 to invest) Deep Shard

#2 Pretele baal pops (get a small team of 3 to invest.) Northern Shard
You could also hit Frozen River, Kill Shenk, Hit Caverns, all red portals in A5, and Nihlathak if your low on funds.

#3 A2 Tomb pops (Most bang for your buck investment. best for solo play.) Eastern Shard
Could hit all 3 levels of Halls, as well as hit left side only for Arcane.

#4 Flayer pops (Last option.) Southern Shard

#5 Avoid Western Shards at all costs.
