what about those disabled cube recipes for blue items , is it enabled for ladder ?

anyone know whats going on with these cube recipes ? my concern is if i buy expensive charms such as 45 lifer now and they enable these recipes only for ladder in the future my 5k light skillers would become worthless

anyone have clue since blizztards dont care posting patch note ?
