been awhile since ive used claws on a trapper. does offhand affect trap laying speed or not? i see both answers on google and AI. I know in d2r a patch made it so the wsm didnt matter which claw you had but i see some calculators assume it doesnt and some do..?

tldr; is offhand claw ias (base or shael/jewel) counted as "gear ias" ?

accoridng to this calc wsm does not matter anymore. it was exactly the same with the slowest claw as it was the fastest
