My duriel quest bugged and didnt give me the exploring tal Rasha tomb even tho I did walk to the portal. Now I have used my staff and cant seem to make another and now duriel q shows tal tomb symbol but door isn't smashed open.

You use someone else in a normal game to open up the door (with his staff), or create a new character and get to act2 accumulate the staff parts to transmute and do it from that character.
Happened to all of us at one point or another, all hope are not lost.

I tried that on an alt but he couldn't pick it up once I xfer it. Luckily when I made my own game it entrance was open so I just had to kill duriel myself. Crisis averted lol
