Hey community,

One of my characters is unable to join or create games, other characters on the same account aren't.

Is this a new kind of ban that only affects a specific character, or is it more likely that my character game files are corrupted?

i own almost 800 ish accounts and this is common. there is no workarounds. just keep the character active and maybe it will fix itself in a few months or not you have no control here. i have been on bliz support about this issue and they cant do anything about it. thankfully my characters hit with this issue were low value mule chars.


a long time ago there was a dupe + hybrid method that was released to the public. when you would dupe an item the character would corrupt and the result means you could not join or make any games. all the signs i see here match character corruption - server side. i have never been able to join a game with a corrupted char that did experience this. i would wait a year and if it does not fix itself you have no option other then deleting the character.

Just restart it'll never be fixed I had a weird issue with 1 account like 2 weeks into new ladder and blizzard doesn't help
