55% slow which is capped to 50%, 50% from holy freeze aura tick, then exile to make sure you refill life.
It slows down the enemy with 100% slow total, making you time to activate life tap from exile and to make sure you heal faster than even the hardest hitting smiters out there can kill you.
My first hammer had this secondary equipment to mess with smiters, and one guy with a smiter named Satan actually accused me for hacking MAX to all skills xD He used Grief BA and was super exsposed to the slow% ^^
