Does having mf positively or negatively effect chances of hrs? Like I know for socketed bases you want low mf to none but wasn't sure how this affected rune drops. D2 lod not d2r

i heard it helps finding HRs back when i played D2 LOD. now i just restarted D2R

mf doesn't affect rune drop.

The only thing that affects rune drops is increasing the player count in game, which both increases number of items dropped and reduces chance of no drop
