Wondering if boots that have lightning resist, fire resist, and half freeze duration would be considered tri resist?

No, but poison does, i was told by someone trustworthy a long time ago. Whatever duration percentage it is lowered with, damage is as well. Not 100% sure if it's true but from experience it seems to fit.
