you could use a honor naga as a temp or use grief of honor naga this would be the #1 choice.
how i look at melee weapons is i always look in this order:
is the item eth? if the items stats are good but non eth its junk
what is the base ias of the weapon
is the base widely used like a naga zerker?
what is the ias added 20-40? will the ias reach any useful breakpoints?
what is the ed range on the item
does it have sockets?
if the item is eth does it have eth repair mod
does the item have any cold damage on weapon
does the item offer attack rating or fools mod?
if the item is eth with high damage good ias 40, fools mod but not socketed (you get 1) then the usefulness of the item is limited. this is why rare melee items are so expensive because it must have all the correct stats and this is very hard when a standard grief pb will usually beat the highest end rare items.
its very hard to find useful rare melee weapons of nearly any type. runewords in useful bases like cb, zerks, ect ect (usually) offer higher damage with better availability in getting these items. a fact most people dont know is grief will almost always beat rare items damage in terms of max and min damage and cost making it an ideal choice pvm and pvp even beating ebotd but you cant apply these items to lld mld unless you use hybrids.
