There are still lots of perm and unperm items, if you ever bid on some items, make sure they are perm.

All those items you listed should still exist, but usually will pop up only if someone wishes to trade it. A few weeks ago is locked/banned, who he's known for having a bunch of rare items, so no one knows if they'll ever return, and are considered gone.
