So I spent some time checking out information online, prepared by farming some decent gear and got killed by Uber Lilith on my first go.

My setup

Max Block
Normal smite build fanat + smite, 20 hard points in Light Resis but that doesn't matter here.

Duriel's Shell (for cannot be frozen)
Exile Vortex Shield (non eth) 41 res
20ias 15 fr gloves
2x dwarf star ( no ravenfrost available )
tgods
gore riders
cta/spirit on switch
inventory full of res charms
treachery in cube

I chug 50 antidote potions.
I prebuff treachery fade in river.
I have max resists 80-95+.
I enter matrons den, fight my way through to lilith, find her pretty quick, rebuff BO.

She has a pack of archers in her room (the elite has might aura), they funnel to the door, I kill a few archers until Lilith starts coming through the door, then I switch to her and smite with fanat.

First off, I'm not killing her very quickly, but her health is going down. I start thinking well, only CB is from gores and with exile lifetap is up so my life is pretty much full.

Maybe 20 seconds into the fight I get 1 shot, or maybe an archer or two hits me the same time as Lilith?

My thoughts
- Lilith had might, maybe this is a no-go and I needed to have kited around to try to kill the archer pack?
- My only DR was 10% from rockstopper, I had string of ears maybe I should have put on but I was thinking I was overgeared with greif + exile

Anything I'm missing?

I'm fairly certain fade/antidote/bo did not fall off.

With some aura or amp Lilith can do 3000damage 1shot.
But I had like 4k or 6k hp so I was fine

how much life do you had?

lillith autoattack + archer hitting you at the same time with might is a lot of physical damage, both her phys attacks do around 572 base damage, so with a might aura that's a lot higher especially if ur amp'd like second post says
whenever you see might especially with archers present wait till you kill them first

gulli for helm with p diamond, up'd hoz with p diamond for shield, and should have found a way to get raven so you would have a boost to dex for more more points to life and then you could have worn fort for chest or at least a g angel with a pdiamond. dungo is better for lilith than tgods and you'd need dracs with this build for life tap.

should have also pulled lilith away from archers to 1v1.

You really should not engage lilith when she has might aura, and worst of all if you are cursed at the same time. if that happens fall back and clear the area, at the very least kill the aura and the cursed monsters.

You can try to stack a little more damage reduction, i would suggest shaftstop armor and string of ears belt, but that probably would not have been enough against the double damage mods.

You do not really need exile (but then you need dracul) , a white sacred targe with diamonds or sanctuary runeword would provide better resist that can be removed from other gear, you need more crushing blow, gulli is a must

Grief is the best weapon i grant you, but vs ubers bosses you might consider a crushing blow weapon, something like astreon iron ward, heaven's light, or Stormlash unique scourge

My cta only rolled 2bo, so i had like 2k

on my sc 99 barb i have 10k hp with buffs and 14-15k with oak. now im using around 30% dr setup with dual pb grief lw. ill life tap then ww triangle and she can in one hit on me take 3-4k but with life leach and life tap its nearly instantly back again. its a fun build on sc but no way in hell would i do that on hc. hardened smiters only. Lilith is more dangerous then uber mephs conviction aura since she has amp damage and so many monsters with physical damage. i would say shes the deadliest monster in the game besides uber meph.
