What is the best weapon dps combo now with the changes I have heard about? I guess the two hand sword frame rates are different, so they are not worth using?

Or Frenzy the better build now?

I have a pvm barb and it’s hard to beat dual grief. And phase blade for durability reasons obviously.

Yea I would never go zerkers... only 3 - 5% dmg difference with a lot of time going to repair...

So does the off hand weapon not count for stats? Just dps?

for a ww barb it does not use dps but damage per frame. but it can if poison is applied or open wounds. but ww itself does not use dps. damage per frame != dps

What about crushing blow? My barb seems to do a lot more damage with ber runes in IK hammer.

please dont use that. get 2 pb griefs and dont worry about the ias just make the damage as high as possible. i always dual 2x 400 grief pbs after level 99 but before 99 i have pb grief + ber'ed ss.

for raw damage use grief, for special monsters like uber key running / ubers swap grief out with pb last wish. i have killed ubers and uber meph using my standard dual grief setup but it does have lower cb and it takes a bit of time. a cheap smiter does the job faster. since the defense of these monsters is higher swap out highlords and ravens for angelics and get enchant on, use a act 2 merc with blessed aim.

CB from Guillaume and Gore's, DS from HL+Gore

Though for leveling and general PVM I have been using EBoTDZ and eDeathZ on my BVC with faith Merc and it works pretty well. I'm only doing that over dual grief because as a BVC he is specced for axe mastery.

LW phase is Garbo especially since the proc on hits don't work with WW.
