If I have full stash on non ladder and full stash on ladder what will be with those items after reset?
what are new runerords?

where can i find all informations about all changes in D2R?

There is a temporary stash of items from the most recent season that has ended.
Items cannot be placed in that stash, but only removed.
If you fail to remove items, I think they disappear when the next season ends and the stash updates
