This has been an issue for some time now but not sure when it started exactly. There were some threads about it on the battle.net legacy games tech support forum. I had made a thread on there about it and a user with a "MVP Technical Support" title said they would pass the info on to blizzard. However, that was over a month ago so I don't imagine there is much being done.
