I can’t log in to play right after the restart. pls help 12 haur I’m trying to get in.

There may be one or a few reasons. Can you list in a numbered list what you have tried? And. what is the error you see when trying to log in.
Are you on Diablo 2 Classic or LOD legacy?

example:
1. tried to log in to a different realm. If you play East, try West to see if you can log in on another realm.
2. if you have another computer, e.g., a laptop, have you tried using that to log in.
3. and so forth.

If your account or ip has been flagged, you my need to wait a bit until the flagging runs its course.

Sounds like a soft ban. Have you used third party programs when playing before? Or have you logged onto diablo 2 from a different network? They may register that as an attempt to cheat.

You can go to battle.net the website, and write a "ticket" as they call it there... they actually do respond, may take a day or three... but it's a possibility.
