24 hours ago fresh reset and like 50 tradetopics over all realms/core

Like Mr Miyagi says ... lie only becomes true, if people believe it. Just keep playing n havin fun. Don't care what others do. But yes, people should just walk from d2r and back to old d2.

A game's death is but a new pathway to explore. What I ask myself: Do games have souls? And, if so, where does a game's soul go when it dies?!

What were you expecting? Game is mainly run by bots, is 20+ years old.

Are there really bots on D2? What is the market there?

Bots have been so bad you'll have a full game immediately on public realms if Clone pops in your public game. Fighting over 10 fg lmao

Had a fun evening last night playing.
Not sure how long I’ll stick with legacy but finding an occy during nm baal brought back a lot of good times for me.

You stick with the old gold :) Oculus is a damn good weapon, nice find that one. You doin sc or hc? Solo baals nm? I did that once with sorc, dang i remember it, one of my good seasons, i got a flying start with the sorc, not many weeks into it, i got a greatly decked sorc, n then i got to nightmare baals ... i had great resists n everything. I joined public nm baals... 5-8 players. Nobody wanted to tele. SO i said, bo me, i tele'd .. n did it great .. n they sayd, dang, tele 8 players hardcore, that's hardcore .. they actually appreciated it. N i did too, man i got meny levels ... nm baals you get so much exp... Just be a bit careful teleing, but i had great resists n everything.

It was cool. The sorc can definitely be strong n save so much time with the teleport.

I still run the reset and have fun. You can take a hike if don't like it. Go to d2r

I love D2 LOD Legacy and EHCL new ladder is a time to have fun again with zero items 'til our end build.
With that in mind, I am picturing this following metaphor as what it may be like to maintain these very old Legacy servers...
