it spawned with ED on it so i had to put ED jewels but it does out perform sigons + 20max in both ar and dmg just not def

I think you dont know the ed/dmg bug..

or why people sock their pala shileds with max dmg jools?

The only thing I see that is disappointing on that Circlet... it is NOT Eth with the Repair modifier.

Don't know what jewels you used, but then you can just remove them when you have better Jewels.
