I keep trying to xfer smaller items but notice I'm getting realm downs real easy is this new is blizz cracking down on swapping chars in and out cause 6weeks ago I had no issues

Probably a bug, should be fine, just esc and enter again

When you leave the game, wait for the cursor to pop for the message board. As long as you are not spamming esc to swap chars at hyper speed and allow the menu to load, you should be fine. This is for D2LOD ofc.

I've been getting excessive realm downs lately too. Got one earlier after leaving the first game of the day.

it's def an east issue. west/europe doesn't have any problems with it.
