but if i have a high lvl like 95+ soso
is that terrible or not importance ?

It is significant if you are crafting many, so

If you are going to craft a bunch, get a character in that level range, its not much work anyway.

If you are just crafting once in a while from your solo gathered materials, just keep doing that.

To put it bluntly, if you go over the level range you allow for more (less desirable) rolls to be possible - same if under the level range, but in that case the more desirable rolls are instead impossible to achieve.

blood gloves always use vamps. it's kb gloves you want to use heavy bracers due to str req.
