Since keeping track i have done 64 cow and pit runs looking for an elite paladin shield and not even a bad one dropped.

Do I just keep at it? Should I be running TZs more?

Cows and chaos, plus armor stands.

Tombs isn’t bad either, but to much magic find = less base items.

Usually those shields start to drop in HELL level, at most bosses. Try to get into multiplayer games on Ladder, or Single player (also on Ladder).

if you are looking for a white one, more players in game and less mf, the areas you kill do not really matter as much, but hell cows is the easiest way to farm this ofc.
